- We are here to help resolve all the title issues prior to closing: clearing judgments, obtaining pay offs, subordinations, discharges of old open mortgages, homeowner insurance, and other title problems which may arise in the course of the transaction.
- We can order a survey to be delivered contemporaneously with the title search.
- We can prepare the complete closing package, including HUD-1, Settlement Statement, Affidavit of Title, and other supporting closing documents.
